To oer assistance to these residents, a growing number of neighborhood associaons and residents’ councils are seng up Onegai Group–Makasete Group assistance programs.We need to make sure that we regularly check in with the Onegai Group and Makasete Group members in the neighborhood so that we’re prepared when the me comes.It would be great to get as many people in the Makasete Group as possible. I hope the community comes together for this one—especially our younger residents.We need to decide in advance what condions will kick the evacuaon assistance into acon and where people will be evacuated to.
